Refund Policy
100% refunds will be granted immediately in the event that Hill Foodservice Consulting cancels any seminar. No show participant’s as individuals or as members of sponsoring organizations will not be refunded. Organizations will be charged for contracted numbers of participants.
Individuals may receive a 100% refund if cancellation’s occurs within two weeks of class. Organizations holding dates will forfeit 50% deposit upon cancelation of class. Individuals and sponsoring organization may receive a 100% refund for classes cancelled due to natural disaster or inclement weather. Individuals and sponsoring organization members will not receive refunds in the event that certification is not achieved.
